To ensure the best possible experience for everyone, we carefully staff and prepare based on our reservations and intentionally limit seating so our kitchen and team can deliver great service. Because each seating is capped and we do not overbook, a reserved table that goes unused cannot be refilled. For that reason, we require a $10 per person deposit to secure your reservation. This helps us plan accordingly and ensures every guest—and our team—has the experience they deserve.
