Sunday Brunch In The Cave

Come join us at The Cave for our holiday season Sunday Brunch! Chef Alex Montoya has created a special a la carte menu and we will be serving up the best champagne and sparkling wines at fair prices both by-the-flute and by-the bottle. Additionally we will be offering table-side build your own mimosas.

Check out the Events Schedule for our series of Champagne and Sparkling Wine Seminars. These seminars are held at 12pm in the Barrel Room. Each seminar covers a specific topic related to bubbles and will have a food component with it. Prior seating reservaitons must be made for the seminars as seating is very limited.

Sunday Brunch will be held on the following dates: 11/25, 12/2, 12/9, 12/16 and 12/30. Please note that there will be no brunch on 12/23 as we are hosting our Bubbles & Beats Chamapagne Tasting Event that day instead.

Together they will be hosting a Willy Wonka inspired 5-Course Dessert Tasting menu paired with Champagne or Dessert wines. Reservations required. Cost is $45 per persson, adults only. Bubbles & Beats Annual Champagne Tasting

Bubbling over with excitement for The Cave's annual bubbly tasting event happening on Sunday, December 23rd from 4-7pm at The Cave! This tasting features only Champagne and sparkling wines, ranging from everyday affordable Cava and Prosecco options to Premier Cru and Vintage Champagnes.

Tickets are very limited to the event and must be purchased in advance. Click the link below to purchase online, or come purchase them in store. Executive Chef Alex Montoya will prepare the perfect appetizer pairings to enhance the tasting experience. Guests will enjoy the sounds of a live DJ spinning records and take advantage of special bubbly promotions offered on select retail purchases. For optimal enjoyment, dress to impress for this event.
