We have been tasting, curating and enjoying selecting the special wines that will be are part of the first Cave Box wine club shipments. As a reminder, you can sign up on our sister page: There are options for $45 or $90 monthly, a choice of red only, white only, combo, or even wine & lifestyle selections that are conveniently delivered to your door or available for pick-up from us at The Cave.

Here are a few of our selections:

Jules Harrison 2014 Bien Nacido Vineyard Pinot Noir: this wine was originally made by Joe Davis of Arcadian Winery for an LA based distributor (Katherine Strange) and restaurateur Caroline Styne (Lacques + AOC). Misfortune happens in life, and we jumped at the opportunity to pick up some of this beautiful, single vineyard Bien Nacido Pinot Noir at a fraction of its MSRP ($40). Very limited in supply, if you love it act fast because for just $15.99 retail it will be sold out by the end of January.

Saved 2013 Red Wine: An artistic expression of the freedom of craft, Saved wines are inspired by tattoo artist Scott Campbell. The Saved red is a robust wine made up of Merlot, Malbec, Syrah, Zinfandel and small amounts of other red varietals that have been curated to add dimension to the aromatics and rich fruit flavors. Hahn 2015 GSM RED: a Rhone Valley inspired blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre full of flavors and aromas of raspberry, strawberry, and cherry with a touch of spice. Easy to enjoy and easy on the pocketbook! MSRP $15, Our retail price $11.99

Groundwork 2014 Mourvedre: Groundwork wines are a 2nd label for mastermind Curt at Sans Liege. This is a Santa Barbara County Mourvedre that is food friendly and extremely enjoyable. Might we suggest it be decanted for proper enjoyment. MSRP $20, our retail price $18.99

If You See Kay 2013 Red: A blend (Cabernet based) of big, bold and yet jammy red varietals producing a fruit forward wine with aromas and flavors of black raspberry, black cherry and mocha. MSRP $20, our retail price $17.99

Seven Falls 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon: A special Cabernet Sauvignon from the Wahluke Slope of Washington State. This Cabernet is concentrated, full-bodied and yet smooth and ends with a long finish. MSRP $23, our retail price $12.99

McPrice Myers 2014 Right Hand Man Syrah: produced from a blend of fruit from vineyards in west side Paso Robles and Santa Barbara County, this Syrah is easy drinking and approachable. A cool project from the mastermind of "Mac" McPrice Myers offers tremendous value for the quality of the wine. MSRP $25, our retail price $17.99

Clendenen Family 2014 Tocai Friulano: Tocai Friulano is usually produced in Italy and can be a very fruity wine. However, this expression is aromatic, light and enjoyable as a starter wine, or with lighter fare. Produced by legendary Jim Clendenen in Santa Barbara County, this fruit is sourced from the famed Bien Nacido Vineyards. MSRP $20, our retail price: 16.99
