Winemaker Notes

Grapes for our 2016 Santa Lucia Highlands Pinot Noir were harvested August 26-September 20 at 25.6 - 27.5 brix. The juice spent 15-36 days on the skins before being pressed to French oak barrels for 10 months aging. The wine was racked once, and bottled unfiltered and unfined in July 2017.
